Meet Lindsey

Wow, it actually happened. I don't know how to describe ones feelings after searching for a long time trying to find a Lindsey with great hair for a good price. By chance I was able to find a Lindsey locally for a great deal compared to Ebay prices
($130 and up) and the excitement grew as I got closer and closer to picking her up, her hair was even better than I thought it would be and I am so happy! So, meet Lindsey, biological sister of a future renamed Grace (most likely getting at the start of May). I am still deciding her personality/interests are and I don't know if she should be more girly or tomb boy-ish. I'm thinking she would look great in either but I am leaning more towards jeans and t shirts, which is very limited in my dolls wardrobe ;). Oh, and also, she never goes anywhere without a barrette in her hair. Yesterday I searched all over and found a good assortment of doll sized barrettes and hair bows especially for her, I can't wait to try them all out! Here she is-

I think this pose describes her very well ;)

Right when I was about to take pictures it started raining, I was determined to take outside pictures so I turned to the porch :) Lindsey came with off-brand jeans but they were very unflattering (she has large hips) on her as well as red Mary Jane shoes but I switched it out with Mia's meet skirt and Battat high tops. I think she is going to be a sneaker girl :) I'm planning on tightening her limbs, especially her arms and a downy dunk as well as either curl her hair with the bobby pin technique or the hot water dunk. She is so sweet and the curly bob is so adorable! Eee! This still doesn't feel real yet.
Thanks for looking,

    1. Aww thank you! I still can't believe how nice her hair is for being 12-13 years old! I'm actually very glad Lindsey is going to be tomboy-ish so then I can create more sweatshirts and shorts since before I mostly sewed skirts and dresses.
