Sewing Sunday

Hi! So this is also one of my $0.50 finds and today I made a simple maxi skirt/dress, 2 in 1! I cut off the sleeves (it was a 12 month old dress) measured how long I wanted it to be , hemmed the edges and sewed the sides. Unfortunately, around the end my sewing machine started acting funny and I think it is broken:( I was going to take the pictures yesterday and then I realized I needed to take them today and it was almost dark :( Oh well, here are the pictures. 

 It definitely is a high waist skirt. (This is probably the only picture the turned out good)
