Decorating for Christmas Part 1

Note: I decided to split this up into parts as their were too many pictures, I will hopefully post part 2 next week

 All the dolls were in a festive mood as they prepared for the holiday photo-shoot...

" Felicity, the fairy godmother appears in the garden!" Kirsten exclaimed

 Kirsten and Felicity loved to play with a new Disney princess set together although sometimes they couldn't remember what happened next. 

 "Mia have you seen my curling iron?"...

 "What are you doing?!"

"Decorating for Christmas of course, you're curling iron is on the fireplace" Said Mia, slightly envious of Rebecca's natural curls. "We can't have Christmas without decorating for it!" 

"It look's like one of them dropped, do you want me to get it for you?" Rebecca asked "Could I help you?, I don't have anything to do and Felicity and Kirsten are playing."  Mia was excited to have a helper to order around as she was usually the only one to decorate, "Definitely, I actually have a job for you to do, while I hang up the rest of the ornaments why don't you put the angel on top?"

 And so Rebecca, with the help of Mia precariously balanced on a box of ornaments to hang the angel. 

 "Do you think this is good?"

 "No, A little higher and to the left more." Mia responded, hoping Rebecca wouldn't fall, bringing down the tree with her. 

"Okay" She said as she moved it "How about now?" 

 "Great!" 

 "Now you can help me with the garland" Mia said, handing Rebecca the ribbon, "Just wrap it around the tree"

" Oooohhh!, you have the Christmas tree up?!, can I help?"

 "Yes, Rebecca has wrapped the top so now we don't need the box. "Here, you can do the rest."

 "It look's great." Rebecca said, "Isn't their something missing?" 
"Oh,I almost forgot.." Mia said, bending down for something, "1..2..3.."

 "Ta-Da!" Mia exclaimed as Rebecca and Marie-Grace oohed and ahhed. 

They added some final touches including poinsettias on the mantel and a nativity scene below....

Cyber Monday Haul

Hi! So Cyber Monday was a week ago, followed by crazy sale's including beds! (I really wish I could have gotten Rebecca's bed..) and I wanted to show you what I got!  My package arrived on Saturday and following that I tried on most of what I got, I love buying things on sale especially when it comes to AG.

Yes, I did get up at midnight (central time) to order although it took me an hour to even checkout and then the next day 3 out of 4 of my outfits were discounted even more!(Bad move AG) I did stick to my list of things I want and did not overspend. If you would like any reviews on these just leave a comment! Most of these will be "gifts" for the dolls including some other purchases so you won't see these until Christmas. P.S. Kirsten is getting the blue dress, Rebecca is getting her dress and accessories and I think wither Mia or Saige is getting the pj's.

Sewing Sunday

Hi! It's been a while since I posted. This week is really busy hopefully I will have time next week to post more. A week ago I made this "Thanksgiving" dress in under 2 hours! Mia and Felicity were candidates for the downy dunk and while Mia fared better Felicity still needs more work.. Anyway, here are some pictures!

AGPC Final Challenge

Hi! This is my entry for the final challenge! I can't believe I have made it this far!, thank you for this fun challenge and for the chance to improve my photography :) The theme is "Winter Fun" and since I entered Kirsten I knew I wanted to incorporate her story into the photo.

 I modeled the food after her Holiday Treats set, I think it turned out really cute!

Updates..

Hi! Remember how I promised I would post a hair tutorial in my latest post? I kind of got sidetracked and my model for the hairstyle was in the middle of a downy dunk (it turned out pretty well, I think I may try a ceramic hair straightener) and now that it turns dark very early I am still working out a time when I can take pictures. Also I have been very busy sewing and now with a more permanent area for my sewing I can sew more often. I am in the middle of a project and today I finished a side outfit that I will hopefully post around Thanksgiving.  Sorry for the excuses, thank's for all of your comments! Oh and I have another award post to do :)

 1. Do you ever get so excited that you end up acting really weird and trip over your own two feet? (*cough* or a box in the hallway)Yes, sometimes and also when I am rushing, like tonight when I stubbed my toe and scraped my finger in under a minute :) (Poor finger..)

2. Are you a dog person or cat person? Or both? Or neither?! I don't know, the only pet I have had is fish so I guess a cat?
